As long as you remove them properly, no! We used to worry about this too, but press-ons are actually gentler than gels or acrylics. Preventing damage starts with the application process: If you prep your natural nails correctly, there shouldn’t be any damage. Lightly buff the nail to remove the shine, then wipe with alcohol before applying.

Both options are included in your kit. Glue-on nails are the most common type of press-on, as they tend to last longer and can typically withstand more of our daily wear.
On the other hand, sticky tabs are convenient and easy to apply. While the application process is quicker, they don’t usually last as long as glue-on nails, making them best for short-term wear or special occasions. Both options are included in our kits. -
Our glue can hold for up to 2 weeks with the correct application method. Our glue tabs also last that long, but we recommend them for shorter wear, especially if you want to reuse your nails and easily swap between styles. (Both options are included in your kit.)
