As long as you remove them properly, no! Press-ons are actually gentler than gels or acrylics. Preventing damage starts with the application process: If you prep your natural nails correctly, there shouldn’t be any damage. Lightly buff the nail to remove the shine, then wipe with alcohol before applying.
